As per our Terms and Conditions, there are no refunds on any of our services. There is a $100 cancellation fee for no-shows or cancellations less than 4 hours in advance.

Please make sure to read the following in detail before booking your appointment. We will not be able to provide Cryotherapy services if you have any of the following contraindications.

1. Contraindications (When CryoSlimming May Not Be Suitable):

Medical Conditions:

• Active cancer or individuals taking post-cancer drugs.
• HIV/AIDS.
• Lymphatic disorders or removed lymph nodes.
• Uncontrolled diabetes or diabetes-related complications.
• Severe kidney or liver disease.
• Severe Raynaud’s Syndrome or any other condition affected by cold exposure.
• Cryoglobulinemia (a blood protein disease).
• Pacemakers or metal implants in the treatment area.

Other Situations:

• Pregnancy or breastfeeding.
• Recent surgery.
• Epilepsy.
• Heart disease.
• Kidney disease or gallstones.
• Severe allergy to cold.

2. Aftercare Guidelines:

Avoid Heat:

• Refrain from hot baths, saunas, or intense heat treatments for at least 48 hours post-treatment.

Hydration:

• Drink plenty of fluids (at least 8-10 glasses of water daily) to help the body flush out the disrupted fat cells.

Diet:

• Maintain a healthy diet and avoid excessive sugar consumption.
• Avoid alcohol, as it can dehydrate the body.
