Amira is a graduate of University of CA, Irvine, and holds degrees in nutrition, exercise science, education and counseling. She is also a certified life coach and certified cryotherapist, specializing in localized cryotherapy (aesthetics and orthopedics). Her passion is helping people reach their health and wellness goals, in the most natural way possible. She teaches her clients to be empowered; educating them on how to take control of their health, and make choices that will help them thrive and live up to their highest potential.
